TERMS & CONDITION

This section sets forth the Terms and Conditions governing the services provided by StatSpace. By submitting the client intake form, requesting a consultation, or making any form of payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to be legally bound by these Terms.

Service Engagement and Communication

  • Clients must initiate contact via email or Facebook.

  • Project details must be submitted through our official Google Form.

  • Our team will review the project within 1–2 business days.

  • All communication must be through our official channels: 

  • Delayed client responses may extend the project timeline.

  • StatSpace reserves the right to decline any project based on feasibility, scope, or ethical concerns.

Payment and Refunds

  • An initial consultation fee of ₱250 is required and is non-refundable.

  • A payment-first policy is strictly enforced. No work will begin without confirmation of payment.

  • Full project fees will be communicated after review of project scope and requirements.

  • Refunds will only be considered for service non-delivery or errors, and are subject to internal review and approval.

Deliverables and Support

  • Upon completion, clients will receive:

    • A full statistical report in PDF format

    • R script or codes (upon request)

    • PNG copies of all statistical figures

  • These files will be accessible for 14 calendar days only. After this period, StatSpace is not liable for any file recovery.

  • Clients are entitled to up to three (3) follow-up consultations for clarifications or minor revisions. Additional support beyond this limit may incur additional fees.

Project Scope and Restrictions

  • StatSpace PH does not write thesis chapters, including but not limited to the Review of Related Literature, Methodology, or Conclusion sections.

  • We do not guarantee grades or academic outcomes.

Academic Integrity

  • All services provided are intended to assist and support academic research. Not replace student work.

  • Clients are responsible for complying with their institution’s academic policies and ethical guidelines.

  • StatSpace is not liable for consequences arising from misuse of our work.

Confidentiality and Data Privacy

  • All information, documents, and datasets shared with us will remain confidential.

  • We will not disclose, reproduce, or share any client information without prior written consent.

  • Data will only be stored temporarily for project execution and will be deleted after project closure.

Agreement and Enforcement

By submitting the intake form or making a payment, the client agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions. These terms are legally binding and enforceable under applicable law.
